coaching philosophy
As a coach, I always start with fundamentals and basics. Players must know fundamentals in order to be successful at any level. I want players to finish their season knowing more and playing better than when they started. I want my players to have confidence in themselves and their team. This can be achieved through having a coach that doesn’t just tell them what to do, but a coach that can show them how to improve.
Family, pets, hobbies
I’ve been married to my husband, Chad, for 26 years. We have 3 awesome kids. My boys play college football and my daughter is an amazing 4 sport high school athlete. I enjoy watching my kids play sports, running and working out.
